Should "Romana Sambuca" look clear as water ?

Answers:
Sambuca is a clear liquor in the bottle, it is also thick & very sugary, however when mixed with "cool" water or when shaken w/ ice in a mixing cup for about 10-15seconds it should look cloudy white in color.

it tastes best when shaken not stirred & looks it's best when served in a snifter or cognac glass.

Don't forget to also add 3 coffee beans meant for good luck & general well being.

If you don't mind it being served warm, it is good as an after dinner drink with coffee, usually after an Italian dinner.

yum yum

The color is clear, but it is rather oily looking when swirled in the glass. It has a sweet anise aroma.

ye it should be clear, its a nice drink best in shot glasses - tastes like licorice 2 me lol
