I make KILLER jell-o shots and I have found that the best cups to use are the plastic 3/4 ounce souffle's. They come out easy, are the perfect size, and don't take up too much space in the tray so you can make an ***-load of them and not have to use like 6 trays. Trust me, you won't regret it.

BTW - in order to make serious jell-o shots, use 1/2 cup of cranberry, pineapple, orange juice, etc. (or water if you're scared) and 1/2 or rum, vodka, tequilla (whatever you want). Everyone will be hammered in no time :)
plastic
dont yous papper cups the jello sticks to it and it hard getting it out
I've never done Jello shots, but I'd still use plastic. Paper can get soggy or peel off and get in your mouth. yuck!
plastic
i would use plastic. as for recipes i would put tequila in lime. vodka in red and pretty much any flavor for everclear.
Prefers the "inny" navel of a lovely woman !
When making jello shots use the different flavor of puckers. How to make it is add the hot water and when you are supposed to add cold water add the pucker same amount of pucker as said for water on the box. The flavors should be the same as the jello. It works great.
Oh, plastic too easier to get out!
Definetly use plastic souffle cups. I always make mine with 1/2 hot water & 1/2 apple pucker. Either with strawberry or raspberry jello tastes best.
Plastic
plastic.
If people are going to be messy use paper. Some gets left in the cup, but so what, you will be drunk anyway. I've seen people slice thier lips on the plastic, plus it sucks to clean up because you can't just cruch it up and drop it in the empty beer can/bottle like the paper.
FURRY CUP ! (yummy)
Plastic. It holds up and doesn't give the Jell-o a funny taste like the paper does.
I make jello shots alot if you want them strong use a flavored vodka or i use bacardi rum,and plastic always seems to come out better
Paper will rip and then you end up eating it... well after you've already had a few. Sometimes the jello gets stuck in the plastic cups and its hard to get out, but Ive seen people spray the cups with Pam before, or just use a spoon.
PLASTIC, Paper will not work well. Hope Im not too late. lol
I'd go with plastic. You can get lids for the plastic cups and so you can fit a lot in the fridge and without risk of tipping a tray over. You can spray the cups with regular Pam spray (make sure not to use lemon or garlic pam) to help the jello pop out easily.

Another neat option is to use a hollowed out half of an orange peal, and then slice into orange wedges - looks really neat and is very easy to eat.

There are a bunch of recipes at this site:
