It's an awesomely refreshing rum drink that includes rum, sugar, fresh limes, fresh mint leaves, and club soda. The best recipes I've found are at www.bacardimojito.com. They're outstanding!

Um, absolutely YUMMY!!!
It's a refreshing drink. It's pronounced as mo-ye-toe... it's is originally a cuban drink. Its make in a tall glass' muddle a few mint leaves with 3 lime wedges n sugar. Add crushed ice, pour in white rum n top it up with soda.... originally it was not muddled but just shaken with all the above ingredients and cubed ice n later topped with soda. is this good enough.. Cheers!!!
Mint, sugar and Rum basically.

Ingredients
40 fresh mint leaves, plus some for garnish
4 teaspoons sugar
10 tablespoon light rum
6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
10 tablespoon chilled soda water
Mint sprigs


Preparation
1. Divide mint and sugar between two 8-oz. glasses. Pound with a wooden spoon to coarsely coarsely. Divide rum and lime juice between glasses and mix well.
2. Fill each glass with ice cubes and divide the soda water between them. Garnish with mint sprigs
