Is it legal to run beerpong-beruit in a bar?
i opperate a bar in pa and i know laws are different by state but i have found very little information either way on the legality of beerpong in a restaraunt?

It may not be illegal but the bar owner would be opening himself up to a terrible amount of liability, people getting hurt or killed (or hurting or killing other people) after leaving the place could sue saying the establishment, by permitting drinking games irresponsibly encouraged and allowed its patrons (showing a depraved indiference) to drink more than what was safe.
You may want to look at this from a liability issue. You want to promote a game in your bar that encourages getting drunk. You'll be responsible for everyone who plays.
