no trick - just have two guys grab a leg while you do a handstand on the keg, then have a third guy put the spout in your mouth and open it up then you drink until you can't anymore.
Yeah, make sure you're already drunk so you won't be to humiliated if you puke in front of everyone!

Put your mouth around the spigot far enough so the beer flows into your stomatch and not into your mouth. The beer is extremely cold and causes a headache like when eating ice cream.
