Favorite $10.00 cigar?!

Question: I have taken a liking to cigars, but know little about them. Any cigar folks have a good recommendation for a mid-priced mild to medium cigar?

If you can find it, the CAO Sopranos edition cigar is amazing. It will probably run you about $12. Most of the CAO and 5Vegas are pretty good cigars.
I am a big fan of all of the CAO lines. The Italia's are as good as anything I have had, and they range from $5.50 (single stick cheaper if you buy a box) for a robusto sized and up. They are aren't too strong but have a good taste and are as smooth as the Cuban Bolivars (which I of course have never smoked (haha))

You may like the entire line, I started on the Brasilia which is much stronger but excellent as well.

Cuesta Ray Sungrowns are excellent, and if you absolutely have to spend 10 bucks on a Cigar the Ashton VSG's have always been great.
Trinidads are the best cigars in the world. It's like smoking a dead rolled up virgin. but they are pricey but amazing. Not to sound snobby but i don't think you can get a good cigar for 10 bucks.
A. Fuente is one of my favorite "special" cigars, but I generally smoke more in the $1-$3 range. You can buy the house brands from many of the cigar catalogs (Thompson, Cigar.com, etc) that are pretty good and much less expensive than the premium brands.

Also very good:

CAO
Sancho Panza (may be stronger than you want)
Padron
Romeo y Julietta
The best value your gonna get is 10 phillies for $10 but the tobacco sucks so you have to roll your own, this will cost you about $60 for an eigth!
Padron is a good brand, and the Macanudo Maduro is excellent. If you're in the mood for something a little different, try Acid cigars, flavor infused, not the ordinary flavored cigars, these things are amazing. Romeo y Julieta maduros are pretty good too. Try JR's knock-offs, pretty damn close to the real thing if not one and the same. Half the fun of being new at it is trying new ones.
I like the stronger cigars, which might be ideal for a beginner.
On the milder side I'd try Punch, Fuenta, Monte Cristo.
When you are ready for a bit more try Partagas Black!
Do you drink cigars?
I would say montie christos or romeo and julietas.
For mild to medium go with a Macanudo Gold Label and you won't be dissapointed.

Anything darker go with a Gurkha or a Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 or 1992
ewww....cigars are gross and smelly.
