Less people, cheaper, better drinks, a willingness to raise critical standards about fine spirits, well educated staff
less expensive drinks, clean bathrooms, wait staff that aren't rude, fewer obnoxious drunks....
More bathrooms and less drunk women wearing killer stilletoes...you can't drink and drive and you shouldn't operate sharp objects either.

Honestly, I've noticed a lot of bars don't have regular sized shot glasses. My favorite drink is a Jager Bomb and when I order it they always try and mix it together because they don't have small enough shot glasses. So my life would be a lot better off with bars that had smaller shot glasses.
