i found some in dayton ohio, at johnnies carry out, but they are no more, i think sammie adams, bought the brewery

I think it's something you really got to search for. The last time I had it was at "Old Chicago's" which is a pretty popular pizza chain that also is known for their beer selection of over 310 beers. So if you have one in you're area I'd try there.
