How do u recover from a hangover?!

Question:

How do u recover from a hangover?

Answers:
Drink lots of water - dehydration is the single biggest problem with hangovers. Also, if you're feeling nauseus, a *small* serving of carbs (plain toast, rice, etc. w/o butter) can help give you a bit of energy w/o hurting your stomach. Aspirin can really help w/ that headache until you're feeling better again. And of course, if you're able, get plenty of rest.

The best solution though is to prevent the hangover to begin with. Drink 2 glasses of water for every alcoholic beverage throughout the night, and I guarantee you won't get a hangover and you'll still be able to get buzzed.

I'd reccomend staying away from loud noises and waiting it out with lots of liquids to dilute whatever alchohol is left in your system. I'm fourteen, but that's all I can think of that could possibly work that's legal right now. xD

Drink LOTS of water and get plenty of rest. Don't take any medications if you're still intoxicated a mixture of beer and meds can be deadly. When you're drunk the alcohol dehydrates your body do you need water to replenish what was taken away. Also eat something like pizza or any kind of bread it should help take out the alcohol. Drink lots of water, eat something with carbs like pizza/bread, and get plenty of rest is the solution. All those home remedies are just myths!

Just takes time but if you really need a boost guy buy an energy drink , have a shower, get fresh air, go get a haircut

um, in books they always drink coffee

Very easy!!! Don't get drunk!!! Sure, have a few, but don't over do it. The feeling of a hangover is not worth it.

Drink couple of glasses of milk.

DON'T DRINK COFFEE OR WATER !!!

it'll make it worse, there is nothing better than milk, or
another (alcoholic) drink, but if you're under age stop drinking.

the hangover is caused mostly by dehydration, so drink as much water as you can. this works best if you take the water before going to sleep - it really helps by the time morning comes.

you can also be poisoned by the various chemical elements in the booze, especially if you drink cheap stuff, or mix grape-based drinks with barley based.

also, any drink which is aged in oak barrels can give you tannin poisoning...in my experience a lot of red wine from Australia gives hangovers even if it is expensive wine, just for this reason.

taking liver salts can help - foaming salts in water.

it can take a few days depending on how much you drank.

if you feel that bad, remember too that you are blasting your liver and killing thousands of braincells getting that drunk, so try not to do it for the sake of your longterm health.

but water is the main and best method of getting your poor beat up metabolism back to normal. let's hope you had a really good time, so the hangover was worth it!

Gatorade OR V8 Splash if you don't like water.

Sugary breakfast & BURNT toast/bacon...Something about the carbon absorbing the booze.

SLEEP SLEEP AND MORE SLEEP

in a pitch dark room...or the darkest room in the house...cause you need to stay away from sunlight

try this ginger tea

cut up some ginger ....not too much just enough ...depending on how much you need to feel better and remember ginger is strong but very VERY helpful

after cutting up the ginger smash it and put it in the blinder with a small cup of brown sugar and lemon juice....to make the drink mild and not tooo strong....

this is helpful for the symptoms of migranes....

in case your head hurts i advise Exedrin Migrane medicine and this ginger tea for your stomach...it also gets rid of the toxins and what ever inside of you is making your hangover worse

IT works and believe me it worked wonders on upset stomach and other stuff too

it's a medicine for almost all symptoms

well ..for me that is...i hope it helps you too

XDDDD watch how much you drink too...cause i know you dont want another hang over in the future

Whomever said Gatorade was right.

I'm gonna add to that with Pedialyte, the freezer pop ones. Both have electrolytes in them which combat dehydration.

IBprofen and more Beer

once you start drinking, make your self stopp drinking at a certain point and then start drinking water. and before you go to bed after drinking, make mac&cheese. it sounds stupid but its always worked for me. when you wake up the next morning drink a couple glasses of water and take some advil and you should be fine.

I party like an animal but still make it to work because I realized if your a real heavy drinker the worst way to deal with hangover is to stay in bed and do nothing. I'll fuel up on powerade or gatorade which replaces electrolytes and rehydrates you and try to get a solid meal. I know me and my friends will go fourwheeling, golfing, play hockey go to the gym. Its amazing that if you spend 10 minutes on a treadmill how good you'll feel after burning some of the toxins out of your body. Just try to ignore it, or if its a saturday you can just get back at er, ceasers are the best starters lol.

If you can, sleep. If not, drink lots of water and eat some bland food (crackers, toast etc). If you have to be awake and alert, also drink coffee.

drink a glass a water and a glass of tomato juice and 2 asprin be4 u go 2 bed then when you wake up...have a glass of pedi a lite...then a cup of coffee with biscuits and gravy..works everytime..

cold shower
