Homebrewing question: Havn't made anything in a while... my TSP looks like it's not dissolving in the water...!

Question: I use TSP (trisodium phosphate) for cleaning prior to iodine, tsp washes off easier than bleach. It looks like it's floating in the water, like it's not dissolving properly, then it sinks... has it always done this and I don't remember, has it gone bad, or was the water supposed to be a certain temperature?

Water is supposed to be really hot. It shouldn't float.
Yup. Agree, water should be hot or at least very warm for TSP.

I guess I'm old fashion. I use bleach on everything except my stainless kegs. And dont mind rinsing a lot.
