I drink types of milk everyday.
I use a hot chocolate glass for breakfast. It wakes me up.
After afternoon nap, I use an amount of cold yogurt milk. It's very good for complexion.
In the evening, I usually drink hot soya milk. It's not fatty, good for memory and hair in a long run (better for women than men)
Anyway, I don't think we should use uht milk very often, the fresh is better for health.

Never, I use fresh milk. it has the most strange after taste. My husabnd takes it to work for his coffee and tea as he doesn't have a fridge
