1.My favorite mixed drink is a Red Snapper, it consists of about a shot each of Crown Royal or some similar whiskey, Amaretto and Cranberry juice. If you go with Crown and top shelf Amaretto this can be an expensive drink but if you mix it just right, it will be a very popular drink.
2.Another drink I like to make is just your average Screwdriver (Vodka, Orange Juice) which I leave about a third low so I can add Cranberry juice, I don't know if its a real drink but its delicious. Cheap and easy. A Fuzzy Navel is a good choice too if you like this one a lot.
3.There is also a schnapps called 99 because it is 99 proof. It comes in different fruit flavors but the only one I have tried is 99 Black Berries which is good mixed with MD 20/20 Red Grape Wine and even better if you can mange to do straight shots like me.

Jagermeister is down near the bottom of the list of quality liquors...but if you like it, drink it. Drink what you like, not what everyone says you should.
Some of may favorites:
Tequila - Patron is probably the best, I also like Cabo Wabo, Sauza Commemorativo.
Whiskey - Crown Royal is the best, try Crown Royal Special Reserve it is awesome.
Rum - I like the old standby, Bacardi. There are a lot of choices here, but I usually stay with Bacardi.
Gin - Bombay Sapphire is the best
Liqueurs - Grand Marnier (orange flavor)is my favorite, chilled or on the rocks...awesome in brownies too! Amaretto (almond flavor) is good too.
Bourbon - Don't drink it much, but if I do it's usually Maker's Mark. Woodhall Reserve is good, but hard to find in some areas.

It would be an easier question if you could narrow it down to a category. Say vodka. The best is Stolichnaya Elite. Period. Way better than Grey Goose, Hangar One, Ketel One, and that horse piss Absolut

Gin - Bombay Saphire
Scotch - Single Malt, 18yr Glenmorangie or 12yr Port Finished (can you feel the velvet glove on the back of your neck?)

Himador - tequila. Has a smooth flow, can't taste it but does it work!
