How many calories are in one beer? It does NOT say on the bottle?!

Question: Just regular beer, not light or dark.

Answers: Just regular beer, not light or dark.
One bottle of beer contains about 150 calories.

~ Beer, wine and liquor (an alcoholic beverage made by distillation rather than fermentation) all contain different quantities of alcohol; 15 mugs (250 ml per mug) of beer, 6 glasses (200 ml per glass) of wine and 10 shots of liquor (like tequila, whisky, rum) have about the same amount of alcohol. It does not matter if the beer is light or dark.

~ Beer has between three to eight percent alcohol. 'Light' or low-cal beers contain around three percent alcohol.
I'm not sure but I saw a commercial for Budweiser select tonight and it claims to only have 99 calories and no fat!!! Drink up girlfriend!!!
I just found this awesome website.... lists just about every single beer out there and their alcohol % & calorie count! http://www.theraven.com/beer.html Regular beer is around 43 calories per beer :) If you're counting calories like I am.... opt for RED WINE.... the calorie count is a bit higher... i think it's like 100 calories for 5oz but it's supposedly good for your heart and contains beneficial antioxidants... plus, at least in my case, you don't have to drink as much to get a nice buzz :)
This is according to my Diet Manual by Allan Borushek
Regular beer 4-5% alcohol
375ml can = 150 cals
200ml glass = 85 cals

Reduced alcohol beer 3% alcohol
375ml can = 100 cals
200ml glass = 55 cals

Low alcohol beer 1% alcohol
375ml can = 75 cals
200ml glass = 40 cals
