I think the ATF would frown on that. That is considered contraband as soon as it crosses the state line which makes it a felony.

If they dont know whats in the package........no harm done. I send wine to my sis all the time. just wrap it securely in lots of bubble wrap, and tape the crap outta the box.
If UPS asks you whats in the package, just say gifts!!! It's tichnically not a lie is it?

UPS only accepts packages containing wine from shippers who have signed and entered into a contract with UPS. UPS does not accept shipments of any other alcoholic beverages.
