Both. My cat is an intellectual. She has her own opinions, and sometimes she shares them with me. When she is in the mood we snuggle, or play, or argue. She has a dynamic personality.
My dog is my buddy. He is always happy to see me, and always in a good mood. He will play or snuggle anytime I want to. He is my protector and pal.

I'm a dog person all the way although I also have respect for cats. Cats are mysterious, you know? They're slinky, sexy, and smooth. Always cool. You would never see a dog pull off sexy. They're clumsy, slobby and smelly. But they're fun and loyal where cats probably wouldn't REALLY give a crap if you were gone...

cats...because they are cleaner and more independant, they never smell bad even when wet!, they dont eat your homework or your food off the plate! and they get even with anybody that pees them off come nightime and your foot is hanging off the bed!.............anyone got peroxide?
