Brewing your own beer? has anyone ever done this? any advice, recipies, websites. wheres a good place to start!

Question: The Best advice I can give you is start by getting a book by Charlie Papazian -> "The Complete Joy of Home Brewing, 3rd Edition (2003)". Teaches you the craft and gives a education on how to start and make even your first batch turn out good. When I started brewing in 1998, I got the 2nd edition. It has a lot of good recipe's for beginner thru advanced brewing.

You can also start here at the AHA website -> http://www.beertown.org/education/index....

I have brewed my own for 6 years it is very easy now with the brew mixes that are out. Find a brew shop and they will give you all the equipment and advice

www.howtobrew.com is an excellent online resource
