What type of dessert or baked good would go well with a half-sweet apple wine?!

Question: I found a very tasty apple wine and I was wondering what would go well with it, we're planning on having it during a night of cards. I'd appreciate some suggestions, recipes would be great too if you have them, although I can always look those up.Thanks in advance :D

this looks good

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITH RASPBERRIES

1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. cocoa
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 c. Kaluha (opt.)
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 tsp. ground instant coffee
2 pts. whipping cream (reserve 1/2 pt. to top dessert)
1/2 carton frozen raspberries (sweeten with 1/2 c. sugar)

Melt honey, cocoa, chocolate chips in double boiler of hot water. Add remaining ingredients. Cool slightly, fold into whipped cream. Chill several hours or overnight. Top with 1/2 pint whipped cream and raspberries.

Dutch apple pie would go great with apple wine or how about apple turn overs? Best of all, you won't have to make these yourself because you can buy both of these at a store or bakery. If those don't work out, you can't go wrong with Cheesecake!

A lot of Europeans eat a cheese course after the meal. Have a tray of assorted soft and hard cheeses with crackers. Cheddars,Brie, smoked cheeses go well with apple.
