I'm sure you can but it would run the price up tremendously. Why not just buy it from the local liquor store?
I've thought about it too. If you check the major sites (Highland Park, the Macallan, etc.), you'll see there is a store. But one site said that they were not allowed to ship to the US. I frequent a good store who will try to get something for me if I request it. You can try that if there is something you particularly want to try.

Virtually ANY good single malt scotch you could buy from Scotland can be found in any higher-end liquor store here in the US. I'd hedge a bet we drink more of the expensive single malt scotch here than they do in the homeland.
But to answer your question.. Find a scotch you want, and contact the manufacturer direct, may have to buy more than a single bottle though.
