What was your very first experience with alcohol like? Good or bad or indifferent?!

Question: I got really drunk, fell into the river, was left by my 'friends' at the local pool hall where the owner phoned my father, who came and dragged my *** home and that night we had a 17 hour long flight to Greece and on the flight from Toronto to London the plane lost an engine as it quickly plummeted down and in those days people could still smoke on planes and then plane from London to Athens was very turbulent. I went through at least a dozen barf bags and my father would not allow the stewardess' to give me any sympathy or help. It was absolute hell. I think the drinking part was fun for awhile but the hangover was horrid.

Shiltz malt liqour, was bad after taste..I was 15

My first was very bad I was very young only like 14 and I was drinking screw drivers to fast and to much ended up getting really sick passing out and a bunch of other stuff

it was one of the most awesome feelings in my life. there aint nothin like bein drunk or h*** for the first time..... ahh the memories.......
but the second time i got drunk i drank a whole 5th to myself and im only 5'0" tall (this was a while ago and so i may have been shorter) and im a very small person, petite ya know...and i ended up blacking out and puking up seagrams vodka all over my mom........she was pissed as hell.... i thought she was gonna kill me...
but once u get used to it a lil bit it's fuckin awesome...

my parents used to give me sips of their fruity drinks so my first experiences were good. my first drunk, not so good.

I can't remember. Here in latin countries we drink beer since we can remember. No... I'm joking. I think my first beer was when I was 9 yrs old in a sunday family lunch. There's always beer at the table.

But I've only been drunk only once and it wasrecently. not a great experience. But besides that I enjoy a cold beer between meals.... R e f r e s h i n g.

I was 14 or 15 and it was Jim Beam....I got so sick. I have never been able to drink it since then (not that I want to)...it was a terrible experience!

I was 17. Found an a bottleof bacardi. tasted like paint thinner so I added grape kool aid powder to it. finished the bottle. don't remeber much besides that.

Oh my god it was awful!!!!!
I remembered I was 14 with some of my cousins
I drank all the Tequila just imajined a whole Tequila I remembered that day like it was yesterday!!!!!
Another thing since that day I dont drink Tequila anymore just beer.

Prom night, after party at a friends house just us girls. We drank a bit, chit chatted about the good times, etc. It was an okay experience, I would only consume alcohol on a special occasion other than that I find no need for it.

OMG, I was 13 and my my step sister and I got into the liquor cabinet and got sh!t faced, it was fun until I fell down in the bathroom and split my head on the tile. Oh, did I feel like hell in the morning. A hangover and a headwound. I didn't drink again until I was in college,LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Not good, I had not drank before and I drank too much. Did not drink for years after that.

Why does everyone have these horror stories about the first time they got drunk? I don't get it... My first time was awesome and I was only about 12. One of the best times just going fishing and drinking a few beers.

good and fun. .my first legal drink was a long island iced tea
