Is Odouls a nonalcoholic beer?!

Question:

Is Odouls a nonalcoholic beer?

My dad drinks odouls amber and says its nonalcoholic. is it? can you get drunk off of one bottle? 2?

Answers:
Yes. O'douls is non alcoholic

Non alcoholic beer is classified as less than 0.5% abv , regular beer is around 5.0% abv, so It would take at least 10 non-alcoholic beers to equal one regular beer.

It is pretty much impossible to get drunk off non alcoholic beer.

yes ma'am it is. Its great to serve to foreigners at weddings ;)

Actually, there is no such thing as a completely non-alcoholic beer. I believe O'Douls is 1/2 to 1 percent alcohol, but I'll look that up for you to find out the exact percentage. You're not going to get drunk off of it, though--you'll get full first.

Yup, it's .5%.

yep, great taste too.I have a friend that drinks it .

Typical lite beer is 3.2 - 4.5%
Odouls is .5%
You'd probably explode before you had enough Odouls to get drunk.

If your father is showing signs of being drunk, I'd say he is using the Odouls as a breath coverup for hard liquor (vodka, rum, whiskey), or having a couple of other harder beers.
