And at what age can you legally drink in bars and clubs? Someone told me 16 but Wikipedia says 18. I just don't trust wikipedia at all.

Yes, the above answers are correct. It is 18..., and that way, of course, you can drink anything at the pub/bar... But to be honest, many of the places will let you drink even if you are younger (and look older), not all of them check your ID.
Many young people get drinks at around 15/16... at many places... (own experience =) )
