1.5oz absolut peppar vodka
.5 oz lime juice
dash celery salt
6-9 drops tabasco
dash lemon pepper
dash worcestershire sauce
pour all over ice and fill with Snap-E-Tom brand tomato juice
garnish with a slice of red onion, slice of green pepper, celery stalk or jalapeno stuffed green olives

Cajun Bloody Mary Recipe
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
3/4 cups vodka
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 teaspoons Essence, recipe follows
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Pickled green beans or okra, for garnish
Cocktail onions, for garnish
Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a small pitcher and stir to combine. Refrigerate until well chilled. Serve over ice with pickled green beans or okra and cocktail onions for garnish.
Emeril's ESSENCE Creole Seasoning (also referred to as Bayou Blast):
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Yield: 2/3 cup

I like mine made with SPICY V-8
2 oz Absolute Peppar
1/4 oz of A1steak sauce
1/4 oz of lime juice
3 dashes of pepper
1/4 oz of olive juice
pour all ingredients over a glass full of ice (don't forget to salt the rim of the glass) then add V8 to the top. stir with a straw or spoon and garnish with celery, lime, and olives.
All of your answers sound yummy. Mine is pretty simple. I just use spicy V8.
The special ingredient is a tablespoon of Grey Poupon Mustard!!!!! Since I like Bloody Marys Extra Hot, I add alot of horse radish. Taste test with a few friends. Make sure you have different degrees of hot sauce and lots of tomato juice,ice and celery sticks. My favorite garnish is a huge green olive!!
