Will drinking Snapple past its expiration date harm you?!

Question:

Will drinking Snapple past its expiration date harm you?

I drank a Snapple last night, thought it tasted funny and belatedly checked the expiration date - May of 2005. Anyone know if I'll suffer any ill effects?

Answers:
This one time, it was late at night and I was foolishly walking the streets of the city alone. I was having a good time, and thought I was in no danger. In fact, I was so calm about it, I even thought to approach the lowly looking Snapple bottle crouched under an overhang of a storefront. "You okay, buddy?" I asked, but the Snapple snapped back, "What do you want? Give me your money!" I was stunned and shocked, as the Snapple bottle pulled out a shiv made from a sharpened Snapple top and attacked me. I wasn't severly hurt, but I was cut, fell down, and it stole my wallet. The police told me the area had a problem with expired Snapple bottles, now I know first hand.

I most definitly would not drink it!!!!!!!!

youll probably die

I wouldn't think so as long as the seal had not been broken. I would consider that like eating outdated, stale potato chips. If it tastes okay, dig in. I feel it was a good risk to take. You're livin' in the danga zone!!! ;)

You'll be fine.
Today you got up on logged onto Yahoo!
ya didn't call 911.
It's gonna be OK.

NO! This is probably the date that Snapple determined would be the date that it was no longer "FRESH". The ingredients in Snapple would not harm you even if you drank it six months after the expiration date. You might not like the taste but it would still be drinkable.
