relax is made by Schmidt Sohne... It is a really nice, inexpensive reisling. They also make a Relax Red which is a little less sweet but quite nice.
Also, you will be seeing (if not already) smaller individual size aluminum bottles of both of these. The relax blue was recalled because the liner in the bottle was giving off a bad taste, but it should be back soon.

Depends on my mood and what I hve in stock. Sometimes a good Hefe-Weisse Hell (Beer) or a nice bottle of wine. Eiswein is usually good if you can stomach the cost. It's a really sweet white wine. Or a nice Spatlese which isn't as sweet. They're both German wines. Or even a good Pinot Noir from Burgundy.
