Answers: when in Italy there was a red wine sparkling and you could drink it after being in the fridge are there any Italians who knows the name of this wine please mille gratzi

There are a number of red sparklings:
Sparkling Lambrusco (although there are rose and white versions)
Brachetto di Aqui-done in a "frizzante" style i.e. lightly sparkling
Sangue di Guida- from Oltrepo Pavese, also frizzante.
Moscato Rosa- can be still or frizzante
Freisa- done in a spumante or frizzante version

Most are done in a sweet or off dry style. Sangue si Guida is the darkest and driest of the bunch. Chances what you had was one of these.

I am sure that you are thinking of Bracchetto.

So many Italian red sparkling wines, some of them

Prosecco - Argeo
Moscato d'Asti
Franciacorta
