Question:

Can you bring your own wine int o bar or resturant in missssouri?

Answers:
LOL. If it were my bar, I'd shoot you, but that's just my personal preference. Hey, why not bring your own DVD to the movie theater next time, and tell them you won't pay to watch theirs, you just want to sit there for 2 hours. Or go to a restaurant and bring your own sandwich, and order a glass of tap water to go with it.

That would Not be cool..
Rather disrespectful,, if not a illegal.
What if the restaurant doesn't have a license for liqueur on the premise.
As for a bar I would definitely refuse YOU service.
Phone ahead to order or confirm they have your request or special order it for you at the time you make your reservation.

Im not sure about your state laws but in NY i have seen people bringing in their own bottles of wine to restaraunts. This is typicaly seen at this place that does not have a liqour license so the customers do not even have the option of buying it on site. Chances are that if your going to a very nice place that does not carry the wine you want they should allow you to bring it in to get your business. If not I would reccomend going somewhere else.

Any respected restaurant has what they call a "corkage fee". If you bring your own bottle it'll cost you a certain amount to have the bottle opened by your waiter. The unwriten law in restaurant business says: if you bring a bottle of wine in and give your waiter a taste, most of the times your corkage-fee will be waived.

i would throw u out if u did, thats rude
