Why don't you have to refrigerate Bailey's Irish Cream?!

Question: Huh TE?
Actually you DO have to refrigerate it after opening because it IS a dairy product. If it's not opened ou should still drinkit within a year. The high level of alcohol keeps it from turning.
Bailey's recommends drinking an opened bottled within 6 months and keeping it in the fridge after opening. It doesn't curdle but the flavor profile does change as the whiskey takes a more dominate role. Even1yr old Baileys isn't "bad" it just tastes different. They (DIAGEO) wants you to have it at it's freshest.
