Question on Dry ice and Drinks?!

Question: Hi Everyone>
I am having a cocktail party soon and have a question. Number One : Is it okay to use dry ice in drinks (individual glasses) to make it steam? I have been to a Restraunt (Magic Time Machine) - And they use chunks of it in the individual drinks - Is there another way to make steam, or is that it? I know that it was in a big chunk, and by the time I got to the bottom it had evaporated?

My recipe is:
Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Sprite, and a shot of Vodka, and I want to put a chunk of dry ice in the bottom of the glass like the restraunt did. Or maybe they didnt use dry ice?
