I get home by 6pm , start drinking whisky... finish up almost 7 drinks (420 ml) of whisky by the time its 10pm!

Try adding some exercise. Take on walk on your lunch break or go for a walk or jog after work.

What type of drink are you having? If you use some kind of soda, switch to diet.

It would be a good idea to stop drinking so much. Why do you drink all night?

Watch videos of Anna Nicole Smith in her fatter days and evaluate her behavior when she drank. It's not really pretty to look at.

Pump Iron while you are drinking. That's what I do and I drink far more than you!!

go to the gym

Go to AA meetings or get some professional help. Your weight, LIVER, brain cells, kidneys are other things that you need to think about.

Go to AA before its too late...you can die from alcoholism

You drink WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much.
Work out 1st , have 1 drink, take a shower, eat, have 1 drink, relax for a couple of hrs. Go to bed.
You eat too late and the alcohol you've consumed turns everything to sugar. That's why you're gaining weight.

drink more water to flush all those toxins from your system. you're bloated from too much alcohol. water is your friend. bottoms up!
