What is the most potent liquor?!

Question:

What is the most potent liquor?

i disapprove of any use of alchohol for consumtion, but i was wondering what liquor has the highest purity or proof?

Answers:
Everclear is the strongest liquor that you can purchase. Everclear is a pure grain alcohol. The brand, produced by David Sherman Corporation, comes in two strength bands, both 95% (190 proof), and 75.5% (151 proof) bottles. The only liquid with a stronger liquor content is made in someone's backyard or something like that. Not necessarily moonshine. There is actually a legal moonshine called "catdaddy" that is only 80 proof. The misconception about moonshine is that it is stronger than anything else. This is not always true. It totally depends on how they make it.

151 rum a/o certain brands of tequila.

Moonshine, but it's illegal now.

absinthe? it's illegal here.
moonshine? i don't even know what it is but i think that's illegal too.

Bacardi 151 is pretty serious. it's 151 proof, pretty high for an alcohol

everclear generally runs around 160 proof and devil springs vodka at 180 proof. Spirits can be make up to almost 100 percent or 200 proof but are then diluted to conform to most states standards of what maximum proof can be legally sold

Every bottle of liquor has its proof and/or alcohol content on the label. The majority of liquors are anywhere from 60-100 proof (30%-50% alcohol content). Bacardi 151 rum is one of the most common, higher proof alcohols out there. Booker's bourbon is around 124 proof.
Higher still are many home made Moon shines. Those will knock you on your butt.

Absinthe

everclear is stronger than151 absinthe and any thing else besides shine

I would say Bacardi 151, as a bartender it is one of the only liquors you can use to blow fire...it even has a fire-retardant cap. Outside of that, I am not sure anything with a higher proof is drinkable; maybe moonshine could have more or grain alcohol like Everclear, but those tend to have a varied amount because of the way they are made. Hope that helped!

Whole grain if you can find it.

PGA = 190 Proof
