i think there are over 4,000 ingredients in it.....but i jus wanna make sure .....and is urine one of the substance ??????

so that would mean the "ingredients" are tobacco seed, water, and sunlight

Tobacco is the ingredient.
Some of the chemical compounds in tobacco are the same as chemical compounds in other things, possibly urine. But that is the case for virtually everything, there is a limited number of compounds in the world and everything is a combination of them.
