Question:

What is a good wine to go with a Mouse i have just skinned and cooked ?

Answers:
Hmm, I would recommend a fruity Zinfandel or light bodied Pinot Noir that would compliment the gamey flavor of the mouse.

blood wine, from the mouse.

gross!

Forget wine, go for the whiskey.

It brings out the flavour of the tail

My good pal Hannibal Always liked a fine Cianti with meat!
Worth a try!

Chianti

A nice chilled Mouscadet?

You could try a nice mousekadet

not sure are you going to eat all of it like they did on ships with rats (millers) and are you going to roast it fry it or poach it i think i would go with a nice dry white Chardonnay my self lol

How about warfain just crush it up and mix with some blackcurrent juice

That's real good eating. I don't drink wine, But for a meal like that, I would upgrade from drinking 211steel reserve to natural Ice. Your making me hungry

To heck with the wine, get a job an by real food!

Try a nice Blackberry Merlot!!! Should go wonderfully!!!

At first I thought you said Moose and I was going to recommend red wine. But now, I see it's a mouse. Since it is soooo small, I would have a small glass of Sherry.

is mouse a white meat or a red meat?

if it's a white meat a dry white Riesling maybe
if it's red meat then go with a full bodied red Merlot to make up for the lack of meat on your plate.

good luck with that

i hope you trapped it and didn't use poison to catch the mouse

gross

Tesco's red wine £3.99 a bottle and it gets you well tanked up!

The general rule is white meats, white wine. Dark meats, red whine. I don't know what kind of meat is in a mouse. You'll have to find that out for yourself.

Fresh blood wine, It gets rid of the mousy taste.
