Not legally, Just put your beer in a large metal coffee cup, And keep your beer at the bottom of the cooler. Put a few soda's on top to make it look good, I always do it have fun.
I don't think so, you can't drink on Wrightsville Beach, NC. BUT it really depends upon the enforcement. The cops are REALLY lax at Wrightsville, so as long as its in a cup, they don't seem to care.
