Does anyone know the name of the wine maker at?!

Question: Aylesford Priory-I went a few years ago and bought Gooseberry wine and it was really lovely. I understand that the wine makers have a website but I cant remember the name of the makers. And the web site for Aylesford dont list a gift shop. Doesnt anyone know ? Thanks
