Don't have a single favorite. To me, cocktails, like beer have seasons.

In the winter time I like a good single malt scotch, straight on an ice cube or two.

In the summer - Bombay Sapphire and tonic w/lime or a Mojito.

Other go to drink is flavored vodka with club soda. Also like margaritas and mai thai.

mojito.

In the bottom of a glass crush together a healthy sprig of mint leafs a wedge of lime and some sugar.

Fill glass with ice. Add some light rum, such as Bicardi. Fill with club soda.

You can alter it by adding some flavored rum, such as a mango flavored rum. Yummy.

Gangrene- Perfect for Halloween time!
Redrum
Pineapple Juice
Float melon liquor on top

There are two that I like best:

1.) Scooby Snack: Midori, Malibu Rum/Parrot Bay, Pineapple juice and some sprite.

2.) Chocolate Mint Martini: Cream of Chocolate mixed with a good quality vodka and Creme de Menthe.

Cape Cod - Vodka and Cranberry juice
Mix to taste
