Captain's CocoBlast - it's unbelievably good and great in the summer. Take a tall glass and fill it with crushed ice. Put in two shots of CM coconut rum, 2 ounces of pomegranate juice, 2-3 capers (you'll find them in jars in the grocery store), a handful of chopped up peanuts (you can do this in a blender or food processor) and 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley. Top glass off with tonic water. Yum.
The Morgan coconut rum is parrot bay, right?
You could always go with the classic and mix it with coke.

Try Malibu...it's better! I love Malibu Coconut with Diet Coke or Pineapple juice or cranberry juice. Try Malibu in your Pina Colada...Also try the Malibu Passion Fruit--good with pineapple juice or sprite!
Try a Pineapple Upside Down Cake--Malibu Coconut, Vanilla Vodka and Pineapple juice with a little grenadine. YUM!
