When on diet how many bottles of water should i take?!

Question:

When on diet how many bottles of water should i take?

Answers:
It mainly depends on where you live (generally because of higher water loss in hotter climates).

If you consider the average adult urine output is around 1.5 liters per day, then it's obvious we need to replace AND add to our intake, so say 2 to 2.5 liters per day depending on daily activity should be the norm.

When on a diet, it again depends on the kind of food intake allowed: if it's high in water content, like vegetables, then you are also replenishing your body's requirement this way (say eating plenty of lettuce, tomatoes and fruit which have a high liquid content).
To be on the safe side, say 2.5 to 3 liters per day is good ;)

a bottle per meal

8 glasses of water daily. Fluids help your body function and flushes your system.

No beer wine or spirits at all. ( 8 ) eight ounce glasses of water per day for the rest of your life. Get a purifier and ice and get it super cold so you will like it better. No so called "diet" soda or drinks of any kind. The artificial sweetener in those has been proven to cause you to crave real sugar and extra carbs to convert to sugar. "Diet" stuff with artificial sweetener actually sabotages a diet.

It depends on teh size of your bottle of water. I love the little 12 oz Dasani and usually take 3 or 4 to work with me..or fill it up 3 or 4 times.

As mentioned standard is 6-8 8 oz glasses of water. If you drink caffeinated drinks though you should make up for each drink with a glass of water.

It depends. Have water if you get hungry sometimes you are thirsty. Have water instead of soda or other beverages. If you like sparkling water is good too. I wouldn't over do or force yourself to drink a lot of water. Start by replacing other beverages with water.

8 glasses a day but make sure u have electrolytes, drink gatorade to replenish
