Question about shots?!

Question: I won't go into too many details, so here's the question;

My friend had two shots of an alcoholic beverage that was 14% alcohol. I have no clue about anything alcohol related, so my question is; is that enough alcohol to get someone a buzz, or drunk? How much would that be?

I really care about this girl, and don't want her to get hurt or anything to happen.

14% is not much at all. Most liquors served in bars are 40%. Sounds like the shot she had was probably one of the "puckers" variety fruit shots.

was it 14% or 14 proof. 14 proof is only 7% alcohol. And no, unless this person is 80 pounds, that will probably do very little. But still don;t let them drive.

Everyones different... I could have almost a 26 before Im drunk while others can take 2 shots and be too drunk to walk.
