Well now...

Supposedly when the Tito family opened their Latrobe factory the brewmaster of the factory told everyone that it took 33 steps for them to turn water into Rolling Rock Beer. Which could explain that number 33 on every bottle on Rolling Rock.

But you would need hops, yeast, and sugar, as well as water, to make beer. :-)
