I was just checking because last i heard anything above 0.5% means a licence is required because it is considered to have alcohol in it. But it also states that anything up to a maximum of 0.05% alcohol in it is considered to be alcohol free. So if you ever drink anything that is less. What I'm saying is: if alcohol free=max of 0.05%, what happens inbetween 0.05% and 0.5%??? Remembering the fact that a beverage is only considered to be alcoholic when it has at least 0.5% alcohol in it???

Alcohol free=maximum of 0.05%, Low alcohol=maximum of 1.2%. Licensing laws state that anything above 0.5% has alcohol in it and requires a license. Work THIS ONEOUT!!!! if alcohol free =0.05% If licensing laws= that you have to hold a license to sell alcohol. What is more than alcohol 0.05% if anything less than that is considered to be alcohol free???? Well, it means it's not alcohol free. In basic terms... I'm trying to tell you that there is a loophole in that law....

i have a brain but it's on vacation at the moment

Sorry I ain't answering this question for a third time! Google low alcohol wine and you'll get your previous answers confirmed there

between 0.05% and 0.5% is considered 'LOW ALCOHOL'

i have a brain darling but you have made it hurt u have asked this Q so many times lol

Why do you have to limit the answering to people with a brain? Now I can't say anything!

stop askin! .05%

Another flaw in UK legislation, maybe? What does contain 0.05 - 0.5% alcohol anyway - Nightnurse/cough medicine??

nmnnfmdsa i have no brain....i wish i could answer but i cannot b/c i have no brain....................

I am bored of seeing this stupid question. How about I report you for repeated postings.

I have a brain but have been inbibing liquids that definitely require a licence. Therefore I am unable to formulate a coherent answer!

If you had a brain, you'd know the answer.

Just checked, yep def got one of those brain thingy's but have no idea about the answer sorry

Kind regards

Pin

After reading your question my brain needs alcohol above 0.5% preferably smirnoff!

Sorry but my brain is on vacation with Two-Face!!!!lol

If I had a brain I'd be dangerous so I'm not going to answer you!

I have no brain.

Stop asking this question!!!!

what???

I am really surprised that no one before me actually answered your question.

In most jurisdictions Alcohol-Free is defined as less than 0.01%. from 0.01% to 0.05% is "Non-Alcoholic."

Sheesh, you're telling people to have a brain and answer your post, but you've asked the same thing two or three times...

...hello pot? It's the kettle calling...

stop asking!!!!!

Hahahahahaha! I have no brain either!

Why? Having no brain didn't stop you from asking the same question, over, and over, and over, and over.

OK keep your shirt on !
This beer in front of me is 4,5% ABV, therefore booze, pure and simple.
The bottle of shandy in the kitchen cupboard for the kids is 0,5% ABV, and sold as a soft drink.
My children are welcome to a small glass of wine if we dine out, at circa 12-15%
Kaliber, and all these non-alcholic drinks taste of cats' wee. what is the point ?
Have a glass of Adams Ale. Water bright !
It used to be a limit of 2.5% before current alchohol taxation came into play.
Anyway, I make a fine home-made brandy at about 70% ABV.
I can't and wouldn't sell it, but many a fine party has been had by giving the muck away, much to the dismay of the innards the following morning.
Cheers,
Bob.

Another flaw in the UK legislation, Quite possibly. What does contain 0.05 - 0.5% alcohol anyway??? - Night nurse and cough medicine?? why do you want to know anyway???

Sorry mate all these facts and figures just fried my brain, I thought I might help now I'm just confused.

you lost me half way through
