Why are you asking? If it is for a house arrest situation where you are not allowed to drink, the tests they administer will be able to tell you had a drink many hours afterwards. I was driving a friend to his weekly check in at the county jail. One of the guys there was not allowed to leave because he stupidly had a beer when he went out to lunch with his coworkers. Later that evening when they administered the breath test, they could tell he had drunk alcohol earlier in the day.
