The American Sankie (i'm not sure of the spelling) is one of the best and most durable taps for a keg system.
Ask for a co2 tap from the distributor or where ever you buy the keg
That question is easy. Its called a Keg-o-rator, you can buy the kits online.
You need an old full sized fridge (still working of course) and you are good to go. Take out all the shevles make a heavy duty one out of 3/4" plywood (to set your barrel on), drill a hole in the door for your tapper, hook up all the lines (Co2, beer) and thats the basic model. My nephew has a ponykeg in his top freezer just for change of pace. You can customize it with options form the catalog or just dream up your own, just depends on how handy you are.
