Are lemons they same as lemon extract?!
Im doing the master cleanse and it say I MUST use real lemon...

Extract is usually Lemon oil and alcohol I would not say it is the same as lemon.
It all depends from brand to brand, but I'd say that usually the answer would be yes.
Does the cart come before the horse where you came from. the question should be in reverse. "Is lemon extract the same as lemons?"
The answer then would be, "Yes, if your lemons have chemicals added to prolong shelf life."
Lemon extract will be stronger than fresh lemon as its had some of the water content boiled out of it . you would need to water it down by half. Lemon bleaches things .
Lemon extract is made from lemons....but it's not the same as the real thing. If you're doing a cleanse then you absolutely should use real lemons.
