Utopia, but who wants to pay $100 - $150 for a bottle. You can find some german ice bocks that come in at over 15% (30 proof), like EKU or Kulmbacher at about $16 per six pack. Duvel from Belgium is pretty high, or barleywine such as Sierra Nevada Bigfoot, Great Divide, or Upstream.
24% - 48 PROOF ! ! !
Those wild and crazy guys at Boston Beer Co. have done it again, brewing a beer so strong they label it 48 proof, using terminology usually reserved for spirits. Sam Adams Utopias MMII, which goes on sale this month, is in fact 24% alcohol by volume, making it the strongest commercial beer in the world.
I've had it!
Where can you find it? Let your fingers do the walking - it's very rare!

Guinness.... Any liquor store. The cans are cool. It has a little white ball that explodes when you open the can. Oxygen.....
If you can't afford Utopias, try a barleywine.
World Wide Stout from Dogfish Head Brewery is anywhere from 18-21% . It is about the highest percent alcohol found in a true beer.
Utopias are also considered beer and have a higher alcohol content, but you enjoy uptopias like you would a brandy. It is not a drink you slam with the guys, it more of a sipper.
