The above responses are correct but,
opiates(painkillers such as vicodin,percocet,oxycontin,etc... and alcohol potentate each other. On the prescription bottle it will say "do not consume with alcohol" because with a low tolerance, mixed they can be deadly.

I don't know but it must have one hell of a kick to it. If you really don't know, then a vicodin is a pain killer and a martini is a drink with vodka and vermouth. A Vicodin Martini sounds more like just a concoction of pills though. I'm awaiting surgery and am running low on my percocets, so that actually sounds pretty good right now : )
