Answers: And what time do you think is a suitable "bedtime"? I start at 8.00am

Me! <boo, hoo>

No later than 10pm.

I am up at 5.30 and I will be going to bed at midnight.

I'm heading off to bed soon, as I'm up at 6.45am for an 8.30am start.

I working at 7.45am tomorrow, don't know when I will be going to bed as of yet.

Oh about 11pm. Squeeze every last moment of of that weekend.

Bank holiday in Ireland tomorrow, so no work. Any sleep before midnight is supposed to be more beneficial, haven't tried it that often but I recommend it for my teenager who is a night owl.

I have to be in at 9am so I wake up at 7am so I'll go to sleep at 10 pm. Which means I'll probably be on answers at 10 am tomorrow!

Alas, I do (its my "thursday") - I get up at 5:30 so I try and get to sleep by 11:30 or so (as opposed to getting to bed ;-)~ )

no its my day off

bed at 11pm, nite nite, sweet dreams xxxxx

I get up at 5 - I like to be asleep by 1130 at the very latest. I think if you have to get up at 8, falling asleep between 12 and 1 would be sufficient.

I'm working tomorrow, As soon as I wake up I'll be working on my case of beer....

I get up at 7:20 am, leave the house at 7:50 to be at work at 8:00. I'll go to bed tonight at 12:00ish and read till 1-2am.

work at 6 pm, so I go to bed about 3 and sleep until 9 for class

Not me!!
Well, not unless you call mucking out stables, feeding and grooming my horses, walking my dogs, doing the housework, cooking dinner, feeding the horses and walking the dogs again working?
In that case then i do have work!
I go to bed around 2100hrs cos the dogs get me up at around 0600hrs!
