Rose' wines: who else loves them and your favorites?!
I've had a few I like, first a New Zealand one from armistad winery and a second a french wine, from cellier des dauphine (please forgive the spelling).
they're so different from whites, but not as heavy as a merlot or pinot noir, even.
Answers: I've discovered a new wine love, rose's! tell me about your favs, please.

Yay! Rose is finally being appreciated. I've loved them for many years. Dry Rose, that is, not the sickly-sweet White Zinfandels...
From New Zealand try Green Point Rose of Pinot Noir.
Chandon in California is also making a superb Pinot Noir Rose.
But the greatest Roses are from France; L'Estandon, Tavel, Bandol, etc.
Great with food or just sipping, they are wonderful!!!
we love you Pedi even though you have redneck taste in wines...LOL
