Can a person be allergic to most alcohol?!

Question: Whenever I drink any kind of alcohol I get really red all over my body. Sometimes I get really hot also. This can happen after just taking one sip.

Yes that is very possible I have a daughter that is allergic to every form of alcohol she breaks out in like these hive pimple looking things and itches and she gets really sick.
