Impossible...sorry! Simply speaking, online liquor stores are tough to find (technically in many states illegal), and the ones that do exist need to make a profit.
If you get cheap liquor online (tough to find) there will be an S&H charge. If you want free S&H, liquor will be more expensive.
When I lived in the Virgin Islands, I couldn't find a particular type of whiskey I was looking for, so I purchased it online. It was $47 for a fifth (with S&H) of it that costs $26 at the Walgreens down the street in Orlando (where I live now)
Personally, I'd just go to the liquor store and pay up unless you live out in the middle of nowhere or are underage...in which case, just look for the cheapest bottle online w/S&H included. Just be forewarned prices will probably be marked up 75% or more.
