Why do some cans and bottle caps have the state of west virginia on them?


Answers:
Uh, are you near West Virginia and if so, does West Virginia have a bottle deposit/can deposit where you are paying an extra 5 cents per item and you get it back when you return the can/bottle?
Because it is the coolest place in the world..... honestly I don't know, but I love living here!!
It is most likely because that is where they originated.
